a line is 0.005 ETH · hold 2,500 $DRAWBOOK · two lines a wallet per page
8 × 0.005 = 0.04 on the page · the draw block is fixed when line 8 is signed
0.005 ETH a line, for holders of 2,500 $DRAWBOOK. Up to two lines a wallet per page; each line is its own chance in the draw.
Eight lines a page. The eighth name shuts it. A page not full 20 minutes after its first name shuts with whoever signed.
Shutting fixes a block four blocks ahead, one that does not exist yet. Once it is mined its hash circles one line. Nobody picks, the keeper included. The next page opens at once.

Line 8 shuts the page on block 1,000; block 1,004 draws it. Its hash circles line 4: 0xe1f4…07bb takes all 0.04, its own 0.005 back plus 0.035. The other seven take nothing. A lone name gets its 0.005 back.
circled line = keccak256(blockhash(draw block), page index) mod names on the page. The draw block and its hash sit on every circled page below and on the explorer; anyone can run the sum.
The circled name's 0.04 waits in the book until it is taken out: connect, then press Take out. No cut, no fee, and no way for the house to touch it.
